濡れるのはちょっと億劫だけど
音に耳を傾け窓に滴る雫を見つめる雨の日。

心地いい風が頬をかすめる時の感覚。
風と一緒にふわっとする季節の香り。


五感を研ぎ澄ませ、
ただただ
自然の中にいるだけで呼吸も深く
目や肩が楽になっています。
それは本当に素晴らしい時間。
